This site is designed to allow users to run real-time interactive GOLD dockings over the internet in order to learn more about GOLD's features and gain first-hand experience of its performance. The Web Interface is a cut-down version of the full GOLD interface. You will be able to choose from 198 available protein/ligand pairs (pre-selected from the CCDC/Astex validation test set) and dock them in real-time. As the dockings are performed, you will be able to visualise the results using the AstexViewer browser plugin.
